Well, I believe it's not so good idea to buy motorcycle from Serres, if we are speaking about used motos. I write that because you will find cheaper prices in Thessaloniki for example or other cities. If you talking about new, then the prices will be almost the same.

Hey ducati848. The link that MikeG provided is for the ad section of this forum. The word "Αγγελίες" that you see in front of each brand name is the greek word for ads.

Αν παρεμπιπτόντως έχεις τόσο χρήμα για την κ@υλ@ σου ώστε ν' αγοράζεις μηχανάκια δίπλα στην πίστα, θα σε παρακαλέσω μιας και είμαι φτωχομπινές αλλά και λάτρης του μοτοσακού, μετά τις βόλτες σου να μου το χαρίσεις κι έχεις το λόγο μου θα στο έχω πένα (ready for track) όποτε το ξαναχρειαστείς για την πίστα.

I went through a bad accident in my country Now I'm recovered, and I decided not to ride more on the road only on track.
I went to Italy, I was in Misano and San Martino, but it too expensive to fly every month for two Track days, serres is not so expensive.
I want to come in March for 4 track days, during this time to buy a motorcycle and come back once a month for two track days.

I 'm not sure if you can rent a bike in the track.
I think it would be easier (and cheaper) to buy a track bike and park it in Serres.

If the licence is canceled you cannot take it on the road.
you put it on a trailer, and you go the the track.
Inside the track it doesnt matter whether you have licence or not

I dont know exactly , but i belive that the owner sighns up a paper to you ,that gives you the right to own the bike or something like that .Same as we do here with motocross bikes .

There are storage options in the city, I know at least of one motorcycle shop that can do that for you, and keep the bike maintained as well. I also think you can store it in the paddocks of the track after paying some storage fee.

My state tax on vehicles is 110%, then it's not worth it.
CBR 600RR 2007 in my country cost 10,000 euros.

If the bike is not registered, and you want it only for track use, maybe it's easier to avoid the paperwork.
If you don't mind spending a bit extra and going through the paperwork, then find out about the procedure and buy a registered bike, it's much prefered if you want to take a ride on it for fun outside the track or if you want to sell it later. MUCH prefered if you want to sell it later.

Έλλάδα πρώτα πήγαμε στήν έφορία καί τού έβγαλα ΑΦΜ καί ήθελε καί νά ορίσει
και έπίτροπο παρακαλώ έπειδή έρχόταν άπό έξω καί δέν ήταν σίγουροι άν τήν ξανακάνει.
ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΣΟ ΑΠΛΟ............λοιπόν....!!!
