Δυστυχώς από κάθε, σχεδόν, album τους γίνονται - για εμπορικούς φυσικά λόγους - γνωστά τα πλέον εύπεπτα τραγούδια τους. Ειδικά το album που περιέχει το Lullaby αποτελεί εμπειρία ζωής.

Μαλλον εννοειτε μουσικη δημοφιλη η μη δημοφιλη αν καταλαβα καλα.

Ακουστικα ομως εξαρταται τι ερεθισματα ο καθενας μας περιμενει απο ορισμενους ηχους παντα αναλογα με τη διαθεση και επιπλεον απο τα γουστα που ειναι αποτελεσματα της σχετικης εμπειριας.

Ο καθε καλλιτεχνης προσπαθει με τη μουσικη του να ερεθισει αυτη τη διαθεση (οποια και ναναι).

Ναι, έχω ακούσει το τελευταίο άλμπουμ των Cure και ναι, δεν μου άρεσε. Φυσικά όπως οι Cure βρίσκονται στη δύση τους, πολλοί άλλοι βρίσκονται στη ανατολή τους. Αυτούς τους άλλους δεν έχω πλέον τη δυνατότητα να τους ακούσω/γνωρίσω, όπως είχα μεταξύ '86-'91.

Το ότι οι Cure είναι ποιοτικά ανώτεροι από τους Wham θα το παραδέχονταν πρώτοι οι Wham. Από κάποιο σημείο και μετά, η ποιότητα αναγνωρίζεται από όλους.

Πριν πολλά χρόνια εμφανίστηκε μια αγγλίδα κουκλίτσα με καταπληκτική φωνή, μου διαφεύγει το όνομά της, και τραγούδησε ένα θαυμάσιο μελωδικό συγκινητικό τραγούδι με τίτλο "See the day". Τότε ο George Michael είχε βγεί και είχε πει "ορίστε, αυτή είναι σαφώς ανώτερη από μας".

Όταν εμφανίζεται ένας παραγωγός που βάζει μη εμπορική μουσική, τότε ψαρεύει ακροατές από μια πολύ μικρή λίμνη, αλλά έχει και ελάχιστους ανταγωνιστές, συνεπώς, βλέποντας το θέμα από την σκοπιά του επιχειρηματία, η κίνηση είναι σωστή.
