Dear sirs,
Having safety as my priority in my riding, I recently purchased a pair of racing
gloves produced by your company (RICHA GP TOP RACE 2008-Black-SIZE Small) from your
authorised reseller in Greece (MOTODYNAMICS).
Unfortunately on the 26th of May this year I had an accident with my motorcycle.
The safety equipment, including helmet, suit, and boots was remotely scratched, and I
myself was only hurt on my left hand.
Regarding the gloves, I was not satisfied, as despite my fall not being very hard, the
glove on my left hand was far from protecting it.
To be more specific, after the left glove only mildly touched the asphalt roadway,
the seams of the glove were torn, and my hand was exposed, therefore a burn was
caused.

Upon your request I can also ship you the pair of gloves in question.
Leather riding apparel is considered to be superior to apparel made out of other
materials, due to the fact that it resists friction more effectively.
This however, is of no use when the pieces of leather of which the equipment is
consisted- in this case, the glove- cannot be held together and the seams are so
easily destroyed.
I would like your opinion on the subject, as this matter could be considered
manufacturer negligence, although if that is the case I assume I deserve a replacement
of the defective pair of gloves.
