1906, η Ελλάδα ζει στους ρυθμούς της πολύ σημαντικής ενδιάμεσης Ολυμπιάδας. Μια και μοναδική κινηματογραφική κάμερα καταγράφει σε φιλμ την τελετή έναρξης και τις προσπάθειες των αθλητών. Και το γεγονός μένει στην ιστορία!

(Οι πρώτοι Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες του 1896 δεν είχαν την τύχη να αποθανατιστούν κινηματογραφικά. Ο κινηματογράφος τότε βρισκόταν στα σπάργανα).

Οι εικόνες από το Παναθηναϊκό Στάδιο του 1906 αποτελούν, για τους ιστορικούς, την γενέθλια πράξη του κινηματογράφου στην Ελλάδα μια και θεωρούνται ως οι πρώτες κινηματογραφικές λήψεις στη χώρα μας.

Ο πρώτος σκύλος κοσμοναύτης με το όνομα Λάικα , δεμένος καλά στην θέση του στο διαστημόπλοιο sputnik 2
Η σκυλίτσα είχε εισιτήριο δίχως επιστροφή καθώς το διαστημόπλοιο δεν ηταν σχεδιασμενο να επιστρεψη στην γη.
Το πρώτο πλάσμα από τον πλανήτη γη στο διάστημα,το ακολούθησαν ένας Χιπατζής και άνθρωποι κοσμοναύτες
Η σκυλίτσα πέθανε από έλειψη οξυγόνου κάποιες ώρες αφού μπήκε σε τροχιά...

Some Mosques have kitchens where women go to cook a particular sweet when their prayers have been answered or problems resolved. They then distribute the sweet to everyone in the Mosque. While preparing the sweet they slap the walls to rid their hands of flour.

(ετσι γινεται συνηθως) Το κακο ειναι οτι εχω χασει πολλους καλους φιλους με αποκορυφωση τη Sierra Leone οπου εγω και 3 συναδελφοι (2 καμεραμεν ενας δημοσιογραφος) και 10 στρατιωτες πεσαμε σε ενεδρα στη ζουγκλα με αποτελεσμα να σκοτωθουν 2 φιλοι και 7-8 στρατιωτες...μετα απο 3 ωρες κυνηγητο/κρυφτο μεσα στη ζουγκλα (μονος) ξαναβγηκα στο δρομο της ενεδρας και περπατησα τα 7 χλμ της επιστροφης οπου (στο δρομο) τραβηξα αυτο που νομιζα οτι ηταν οι τελευταιες της ζωης μου (τον εαυτο μου)
